    I wouldn't file it under "Recycling" yet. If this DCA decides to behave like a tit, the letter could be a useful stick to beat them with. Hang on to it for the timebeing or until they are forced to admit they have fouled-up. The other thing that cannot be ruled out is a practice used by DCAs called Scatter-Gunning. It's totally unacceptable and a breach of OFT rules and regulation. What DCAs do is send demand letters to everyone with the same or a similar-sounding name in the hope they will find the real debtor or some mug will bite and pay them. Don't fall for it. Hang on to that letter.
