    "Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin.       I am sorry to hear that. I hope you get it resolved soon.

      I will have to keep hassling them because I have a mortgage and home reliant on them updating my credit report...not getting it resolved soon is not an option.

        Just to give you an update, after hassling them twice a day, raising a complaint and then emailing Stephen Hester, I finally got a response and my credit report was corrected the next day! I hope you have managed to resolve your issue annemarie?
