    another quick point, as my complaint is about a default should i go straight for the data protection manager, or through customer services?

          JUst a quick post on this annemarie......Leclerc contacted me and he is correct I have had lots of run ins with RBE /Nat West and the NOTORIOUS Telford office ....what I can tell you that due to a little band of 3 of us we will make the boast that we have caused the shut down of Telford ........it is still there......... but they are working behind the scenes to cover up the fraud we discovered going on there. This fraud was being carried put by the ue of what they called " Router Accounts".....in your e-mail to Stephen Hester I would also ask him to confirm or deny that your account did or did not have a Router Account no allocated to it..........if you mention Router Accounts that will make him designate someone to contact you.......they do not like being reminded of these two words .......you will get a reacation one way or another.

          Will try and find out if their data controller records are still held are still held at Telford....will locate two names at Telford for you ......one for RBS and one for Nat West......both are data controllers .......they have a few of those.

            The name of one of the Data Controllers Telford for Nat West was a Mr Bartlett ........that's was (if he has not been moved due to the shake up) one for RBS was a Mr John Kennedy...........Both I can prove tell lies if that woud be helpful at a later date...... ( got that in Black and white ) on both of these so called transparent bankers.

                It would take me a very long time to explain annemarie ........BUT .....what I can tell you the "Router" Accounting system used by the RBS & Nat West was a system specifically used to show the Banks assetts to be more than what they were ( they were false assets,..............and I am talking falsley inflating them by 1,000's of millions of pounds...........that is why they are dismantling Telford and trying a big cover up IMO..................arrived at by having the documents to show how they did it.....................one of the reasons RBS ended up nearly bust.........they claimed they had money they hadn't got with these Router Accounts which were grossly inflated

                . They created false paper money on their books.......this accounting system was finally admitted to be flawed to an MP by Richard Hemsley a very senior mangement of RBS at a meeting in the House of Commons with one of our little group of 3 that uncovered it all and his MP......and yet they continued to use it after this admission.............CROOKS.

                Even after this admission ........... the government ( Labour at the time pumped Millions & Millions of pounds into RBS .......and part of it was because of these false accounts.............make up your own mind about this.........FRed the Shred Goodwin installed this system........ he brought it in from America.......I even know where the software programming was designed and manufactured and who produced it.............a Flawed system.

                This is why RBS /NAT West consider "Router" accounts a very dodgy word ....they don't like it being mentioned

                        Good luck mate....

                        Don't forget to email, take it into a branch and c.c. all of the people you have names for. If you get a name, it will be either natwest or RBS at the end, or both! Just double up with the emails if your not sure, so that EVERYBODY gets a copy.

                          well. i have had an email back from the executive support saying due to the nature of my complaints it is being assigned an investigator and we will be in touch soon. so thanks to all it appears i may be getting it all addressed..

                            Yep that's me.....I found out a lot about RBS / Nat West plus a lot more that is not on my clips of my video..........they are complete robbers.

                              Did you get this resolved? I have been battling with NatWest for the last 2 weeks speaking to Credit Management Services and the complaints team because they have an entry on my credit report marked as default which should have been marked as settled. They have agreed to change it but said it will take up to 50 days. My problem is I have a mortgage pending the correction, so I can't wait 50 days. I am desperately trying to get them to update my file but have not had any positive news from anyone.

                              So if you can give me any insight into how you got on, I will be very grateful.

                                absolute waste of time to be honest..they just look through it and agree with any previous findings..they wont contradict anything that has been said by another colleague..
                                timescale has no importance to them ...
                                i have a phone number for the exec team in edinburgh but they wont rush anything and the more you hassel the slower they get.
                                i am far from a pessimist but dont expect them to turn anything around in a timely manner. my original complaint is still being addressed for the third time and everytime i query their response i get told it will be another two weeks before they can answer,, its not what you want to hear i suppose but this is what i am experiencing. good luck and keep us posted.
