Its just that it worries me so much, wo kids, two dogs and I keep vision us being forced to sell and having no where to live - unforseen circumstances pushed us over the limit and I can still remember the initial chat with Payplan when I said all I was worried about was keeping a roof over our heads, and the chap replid that hey had never lost a house yet. Well I think we could be close to it!

You wont be forced to sell - in your Witness statements tell the judge its your family home and you main residence......they would only order a sale order in extreme circumstances. And you arent there. The court won't put a family out on the streets. I think my WS is on here somewhere actually. I'll try dig it up for you -- it was very basic.

Make a reasonable, affordable payment offer - you will be okay.

Thanks for your support, I know I seem to look at the worst scenario but sometimes I think you can think too much (if you get what i mean). If you could find your witness statements it would be such a help a I dont really know what too write. Better go to wrok now will log on tonight.

Trust me I am the queen of thinking to much and getting in a tizzwas when there is no need.

I was in buckets when the land registry send through the final charge you just have to look at things logically.

I'll dig bits out this after and pop them on here for when you finish work. I'm usually about some time in the evening .

Hi,

Well good news-folks received an amended order from the court which stated that the next hearing was purely for payment by installments and then on Friday received a letter from the claimants sols stating they realised they couldnot have a charging order said that they couldnt attend the next hearing as costs were mounting and acknowledging that they had been paid everymonth a pro-rata payment and stating that they would accept the same payments at the re-determination hearing-so it seems quite straightforward. So relieved-only another 19 creditors to deal with now-whoppee!-Well at least that is one thing off my mind.
