      Sounds so much like all the rubbish they have sent me sorry to say but you may not get your room decorated, they will go very quiet once they realise yet again they have bought an account they have no chance of collecting on

        Sounds like a fob-off or, as Clever Clogs describes it, bovine excrement to me.

        To be honest, I would tell Lowells that you are suspending all further payments until they and the OC produce clear evidence in the form of a valid CCA agreement. Put the payments to one side just in case they do come up with a valid agreement, but, if they and the OC don't, I would start making threatening noises to them about making legally-dodgy demands.

          YES !!! Good suggestion, BB, of course. Show a willingness to comply, but without actually accepting liability. Cover all the bases. Nifty.
