    Hiya

What are you paying monthly at the moment on the non priority debts, and on the charging order secured debts - are they backed with installment orders ?

What is the position with the car HP ?

Obviously Lloyds, Cap One and Provident would be good places to start as they are unsecured - have you already come to arrangements on those - looked at PPI reclaims / late payment charges / CCA requests etc ?

Lets try get as good a picture as possible and work out a game plan to get things back on track xx

How have the figures for the utilities debts been arrived at - have they been through court or just through the utility debt collection depts ?

Is the business turnover you speak of the letting out of rooms in the house - or something different ? (ie is the income from the lodgers enough to cover the cost of having them)

It would also be a good idea for you to fill an as accurately as you can, an Income Expenditure from (link at top of page). This way you'll see in black and white what, if anything, you have left each month as disposable income. It will also sort out priority and non-priority debts as Amethyst mentioned, and will suggest pro rata payments. Now in your case, these won't be viewed in any way as cast in stone due to your particular circumstances, but it would be another good starting point.
