No link/quote to any previous post, and nothing to do with the Blemain topic.
I have only been on this site and joined in with the forum posts for 3 days, but I'm overwhelmed by the help and support both practical and emotional which I've already received from the members on here. I just wanted to say a great big thank-you to every-one, you are brilliant and I hope that soon I will be able to offer the same kind of help and support to others to match that which I've received. charging order dismissed

caould anybody explain what this letter means i have received to day please

Before the district judge xxxxxx

'The application for charging order to be dimissedf,

The claiment to serve on the defendant (mysel) a statement from inception of

the accounts to date including a chronology of assighnment by 22/04/2011.

No costs to be added to the defendants account

Hi i just had to post and laugh at Blemain Finance attempt to communicate with you via this website.
As i work as a DCA myself, I know better than to give more than general advice where i can, and certainly not to ask debtors to contact me thus soliciting work via this website. Apart from one slapped wrist from a mod when i was a newbie!!! ) I also direct people here daily when getting to the CAB is not an easy option for them.

I wonder if Blemain Finance joined up before or after the 23rd march, i suspect somebody may have happened upon this page and decided to try to scam the OP into giving personal information... good work with the prompt deletions of contact details!

I have no idea when they joined up Tommy, but if it was after me, they were very anti-social not to post a hello and introduce themselves in the welcome forum!!!
May have been more appropriate to wait until tomorrow??
But I'm sure Budgie has a beady eye on them.

Hi guys you may be interested that I'm having issues with blemain financetoo however I have good solicitors on the case, whom are taking court action. A non regulated loan has had excessive charges added. I have a lot of information on this company including contridictive evidence, for example do you know sterling properties there so called LPA receivers are actually owned by the directors or blemain. Something else handy worth taking note of is that although the products are unregulated they do fall under OFT rules, there also investigating on my behalf, along with the FSA who in 2009 had an undertaking made against blemain about there un orthodox protocols and excessive charges. Blemain is the group company which is regulated by the FSA. I'll keep up updated I intend to pursue and win against this company? Especially after threats I received from Marc Goldberg the commercial director of the company

I also have an issue with Blemain and there is a court case pending
