Barclays have also removed the Arrangement to Pay marker on my credit files and replaced it with the 2006 Default, as requested (after MUCH hard work on my part involving the FOS, ICO and complaining to Experian). This means the account must be deleted from my credit files within the next 12 months.

The debt will go on forever (!) as they reluctantly accepted my £20 pm repayments!

Oh and they have credited the loan balance with £700 in interest that shouldn't have been charged cos of the reapyment plan. So new balance £700 lighter than last week.

Hey I 've just checked and it was actually £1200 not £700 of interest re-credited! Wey hey! Almost makes up for my PPI disapointment on this.
