      thanks guys. will look into all of this.
      re the insurance section at part 2, I deleted my naqme and the date from this section ref personal info. It was completed but there is no insurance included in part 3.

        Its an odd figure you borrowed £14350 - do you recall why you needed/asked for such a precise amount ? (I dont want to know particularly - just usually people borrow round figures so odd figures like that make me want to check some charge or insurance etc hasnt been included in the total credit figure) so basically - did you get £14350 cash.

          Yes I did get a cheque but I thought I'd borrowed £15K.

          Something else to raise with them.

          I will request old bank statements for this period to see what was going on. Living in dream state back then - real world ***** only kicked in when the Debt Sunami washed me over

              oh well. can't win 'em all. still, its hardly a clear agreement but nowt then to go on, 'cept perhaps charges and possible ppi.
