  • Kerobo & General Debt Advice Sought

    Hello all,

I'm a little bit in a quandry at the moment as I was using Kerobo to try and quash one of my larger debts. I was looking to this as being the catalyst to my road to recovery. Unfortunately, I've since learnt that there have been some strange goings on with Kerobo and now my only option is to send a letter in writing in order to chase my claim.

So my quest to fix my debt issues has in fact, seemingly, worsened due to a further £500+ being thrown away on a company that seems to have either gone under or be basically a con merchants.

Are any of these companies like Kerobo adverstised to be? Is there a company that can actually get loans nullified by investigating the contract?

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

    Regards,
    Alex

    AFAIK

With the aid of this forum you should be able to do everything --and with better advice-- that the claims companies say that they do and it is for free!

How did you pay Kerobo ? If it was with yur credit card you may be able to reclaim the money through the card company.

With regards to nullifying credit agreements, its a very complex area. Who is the debt with, how much, and have you got your original credit agreement ?

If you take a look in our CCA forum it should give you some ideas of the types of things you should be looking at.

I cant see you getting much back from your letter.
