Okay - have taken a look at the information above:

Kerobo Claims were registered address RAVENSTONE HOUSE,BRITANNIA ROAD,SALE,CHESHIRE M33 2NN - but now have Atlantic Business Centre Atlantic St Altrincham WA14 5NQ.

Checked out:
Treadstone Debt Management Ltd and TOP SPOT MARKETING Ltd - registered address RAVENSTONE HOUSE,BRITANNIA ROAD,SALE,CHESHIRE M33 2N

The telephone number for Kerobo was 0845 643 5584 Treadstone is 0845 643 5582

I called Treadstone and got the answering service for Kerobo - The very nice young woman - works at neither address and is off site and is purely a messaging service for KC and will pass on my details - NOT is my guess!

Have been on to the MOJ re: Kerobo and have been to vist both locations they were supposed to have offices.

They moved out of Ravenstone House over two months ago.
The only person left in the company is KEVIN ROGERS DAVISON
Who collects his mail from Biz Space in Atalantic Business Centre.

The MOJ are on the case - but think after last years ruling re Carey v HSBC they have no way of fighting for their clients on a no win refund basis.

Here is a question, according to the MOJ if you haven't paid anything towards your CC in 6 years it is unenforceable - The question is does the 6 years start from the month someone defaults on their card or the default date that the CCC registars with the Experian?

The 6 years starts from the date you either last made a payment, or otherwise acknowledged the debt in writing.

So in the case of Cabot v Dan - My last payments were Sept 2004. So as with Monument I paid £10 which restarts the process. In the case of the others They cannot persue from October 2010? Is that correct?
