So far...

There is a charge on my home for this 1....07/11/2007 (Leicester cc, claimant EGG) - CB has the details.

I sent the preliminary charges letter to egg & they kindly offered me £20 upon signing to say it was settlement in full of my complaint. (arent they kind)

I SAR'd egg on 22/7/09...
I CCA'd DLC on 24/06/09 & after mailing it to Curlyben we have seen that it is an unenforceable agreement......

I rang leicester cc to chase up the papers on this & apparently they wrote to me on the 19th August telling me that there is a copying fee of £5 per sheet on this... I didnt get the letter (????) & a Mr Murphy has told me that he will ring me this afternoon to tell me what the total cost will be for the copies!
Is there anything specific that I want? I cant afford lots you see.........

Well.... I have just wasted my afternoon waiting in for the court guy to ring me (he wouldnt take my mobile number)...GREAT!

Happy suggested that I SAR the court so I've prepared the letter & will be sending it first thing...

I am truly shocked about the courts unprofessional behaviour... & not sure what to do about it or me not receiving the letter they say they have sent me...

I used to be a senior audit technician (type of donkey) for a firm of Chartered Accountants.... going out to clients offices & spending 2 weeks deciphering 'crap' was my job.
It was called 'going out on audit'.
No system is the same so I guess that helps me work through my lot!
