You will need to register and enter an acknowledgment of service - the log in details should be on the front of the claim form. Acknowledgement of service = intend to defend in full - that just ensures you have the full 28 days (plus 5 for service) to sort things out to defend.

Can you type out the particulars of claim please and date of issue.

I suspect it will be a case of sending a further CCA request and also a CPR request for the default notice/ assignment etc but need to know the Particulars of CLaim first xxxx

thank you. Please bare with me as just using a phone as have pcs so the light of the computer hurts my head.
DATE OF ISSUE: 12 MAY 2015

PARTICULARS OF CLAIM:
"the claimants claim is for debts arising from consumer credit act 1974 agreements. The claimant Is an assignee of the following debts, notice of the assignment having been given to the defendant in writing.
b/c little woods ac # xxxxxxx £3650.36
despite demands for payment, the above sums remain due. The claimant therefore claims the sum ov 3650.36 interest under s69 county courts act 1984 and costs."

cabot originally acknowledged & thanked me for my cca request 29 June 2009 so did receive it.
