Resolvecall called at my home

Hi guys, I'm new here but hoping for some help or guidance! I had a credit card, taken out in October 2018. I went through an absolutely awful divorce that christmas and never made an payments. A rep from resolvecall called at my home today. I wasn't in but he put a note through the door telling me to contact head office. I am so worried and stressed. I'm in Northern Ireland and just wondering what way this works with someone calling to my home. Thank you
