The 2 pages are origilas (attached with personals redacted) but the Terms and Confitions doument is not. Does that still mean reconstructed and if so what would you recommend?

Not all of it is readible but most of it is.

Top left reference number with 7 digits starting 000 and a faint possible stamp unreadble number which may be the same as the reference number.

number next to page 1 or 1 and page 2 of 2 potentially sequential but cant be 100% sure

There is an agreement number

There are 2 dates on it:

1. The date it was signed below the signature
2. A stamp dated a few days later in the M and S box (but not signed by them)

It could be that the 2007 T's and C's are original and the 2021 are the 'Varied' T's and C's, but they are 'unreadable' at the moment.

What is the defition of "readable" in this case please? The pdf they sent is higher resolution than the impage i posted and more legible, however there are stil words that cannot be made out in the document.

You should be able to read the words clearly at first sight, not have to workout what the word says.
