Hi there
In 2019 a DCA took me to Northampton CC for a Credit Card sum.
I defended and they failed to provide CPR 31.14 etc and the action was stayed.
They have now sent me a letter saying that "The following costs have now become payable under the Agreement"
Issue Costs £80and Issue Fees £185. These being the fees to enter a claim with Northampton.
"This notice is about default sums and is given by us the Consumer Credit Act 1974"
How should I respond, please.
