I am trying to sort my credit rating. Having been in contact with Lowell's regarding a three accounts, I have settled one. Two others are showing as closed as a "goodwill gesture."
One of these relates to a CCJ they have filed that I would like to try and get set aside, thread (https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...advice-request) any thoughts welcome.
When I check my credit report, these two accounts are showing as having an outstanding balance, which is being updated monthly. Lowells have indicated that they are a zero balance, correspondence below, Question is, should these balances be showing as live and in arrears if they are confirmed as closed with a zero balance?
I had Lowells send me a mail showing the balance as per below.
I have listed your account details below for your convenience.
Please note that there is a County Court Judgement applied on the 4th June 2018. This will remain however there will be no further legal action whilst the account is managed by us.
