Me again. A bit embarrassing but I was confusing the companies I have loans with. V12 was actually for a smaller (~4k) loan and it's hitachi capital I have the larger one with. The only documentation I can get is from the email I received after accepting it. I am trying to log in to the account but their website is having issues right now so all I can get at the moment is here. I'm working on getting the agreement from V12 also as its still relevant.*

I have managed to get into the account for Hitachi but I can't seem to find any agreement document other than the one I attached above. I have no emails with this document either. I have sent a message using their own system to request it.
Amethyst apologies, I missed the top part of your last message as I was viewing on mobile. The loan was just a standard application process. No mention of a business related reason. The full amount was deposited to my account a few days after it was accepted.*

Hitachi makes more sense - just a standard personal loan - no security and no guarantor. If you decide to stop paying ( doesn't sound like you have much of a choice with the massive pay cut ) then you are likely to be better to tell Hitachi of the change of circumstances so it's managed, do it in writing so you can show ( if things change and you do have to come back to the U.K.) that you kept them informed and acted reasonably. If you were still in the UK and experienced a pay cut / list your job you'd have to negotiate with them anyway - either put a hold on the loan / reduce payments to token amounts etc.*#staysafestayhome
Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

Edit: Any opinions of Bankruptcy? Is it a viable thing to do?*
