        Matty B bobi havnt requested that yet if they find it would I have to pay in full or could I still pay in installments if they apply for a ccj?

            If they find it you could still pay by installments. If they took you to court I believe you could stop the CCJ by making a reasonable installments offer.

            BUT if they can;t find it they can not make you pay until they can provide it - or at least that is what I am told.
