      Don't you just hate it when people answer a question with a question?

      What I'm looking for is experience of what this sort of complaint will usually generate in compensation. If £50 is all I can reasonably expect, then I will not reply to the FOS. If I should expect significantly more, then I will submit the form...

        It will cost the bank £500 so perhaps that is your starting point...
