Havent looked at this for 2 half years. I owe loyds I think 10,000 and 2,000 on credit card....unsure. Loasn are from 2001, I defaulted twice :o(.
I agreed 100 monthly to Thames Ltd in 2006, maybe summer, I have receipts. Paid for 4 months. Each time I paid I had to ring them. The 4th payment I made I rang as usual to say I have paid, and they said its not with us anymore, its gone to another company!!! Didnt know what company. Called CCCS (friend told me about them) and they gave me ref number to give to what ever company I found out it was. I never found out who had it so left it (I know thats not very good).
Now aktiv capital have call me woman said "this is Jenny from Aktiv Capital call me urgently" I didnt know who they were so googled it.
I know I must have numerous CCJs etc. Dont quite know wher to start?
