Hi I wonder if anyone could be of service.
I had a contract with YourMoneyHub back last year. They were expected to provide me with a consistent flow of leads, which they failed to produce, even though I was paying them a subscription fee.
I called them to cancel the contract and also cancelled my Direct Debit with them as well.
I heard nothing from them, until a couple of months ago, when another Debt Agency contacted me about this issue.
It has subsequently been passed onto Expert Collections, who are chasing me for payment.
Could someone please help me to understand what to going forward.
