Not to worry as they are well and truly past the prescribed 12 working days.
This represents a full defence in law.

As and when they file against you, we'll be waiting

Re: CCA requests to a P.O. Address

        Hello all,

        An update on the above>

Well I still did not receive any CCA from restons, apart from a blank document purporting to be an agreement so contininued to ignore this.

I have now been sent a letter of judgment from Northampton County court dated the 26th August for £3214.31 plus £187.00 for costs. And another form from Northampton dated 2 September a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings to Bradford County Court.

How have they done this? They have not provided an enforceable CCA and yet they have gone into court and obtained a judgement.??????

        Help please.

Did you even see a claim from them for this ?!?!?!

So default judgement and transfer, are these both the same debt ?

Might be worth calling them and getting an explanation.

              Bumptitty bump

              All in hand.
Piesky has contacted the court and is working on a set aside as he never received any claim form at all.
Best of all Reston's completely failed to comply with his CCA request and so there is no cause of action at all
