Re: In trouble with debts due to illness

Ok everybody, things are getting interesting again. AA Loan (through HBoS) have been persuing me through Blair, Oliver and Scott. I sent a reminder to them that the account was in dispute as I still hadn't had an account breakdown and they have stopped harrassing me. Instead today I get a letter from Moorcroft for the same amount threatening balliffs! tsk tsk tsk.. I had also sent a letter to AA Loan reminding them that they hadn't replied to my DCA request and saying that I would apply for a court order if the request was not satisfied.

Well the fun new is they haven't replied again just sent another demand, so where and how do I apply for a court order. Looking forward to this!

Alo had a letter from a C.A.R.S titled 'Confirmed Resident' regarding my Vanquis account, demanding the full amount even though I have a letter from Vanquis saying they'll refund me £85 of charges. Hmm, I think not. So I'm sending them a CCA request 'I do not acknowledge this debt' letter to see what they say. No chance they're getting a penny.
    Mark.

    Claims in progress:
Cahoot - PPI and charges, have agreed to refund PPI and interest! Have put charges on hold..
AA Loan - Claiming unfair charges, waiting for CCA..
AA Credit Card - Claiming unfair charges, have offered difference, waiting for CCA..
Vanquis - Claiming unfair charges, waiting for CCA..

    The clock is ticking!
