okay then, lets hit the Halifax. Send an SAR to them. This should get you your statements etc (if you haven't already got them). They have 40 days to comply with this request. You need to send a cheque or PO for £10. Once you have staements/details of charges, we need to get them into a spreadsheet and work out how much they owe you, then hit them with the Prelim etc.

Mr C and the judgemented debts, I would be inclined to send them a holding letter, basically asking them for 28 days hold on any action while you attempt to sort this out.

        There's a nice straightforward letter here: http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ead.php?t=9110 post #2.

This will help your situation and after all you are keeping your creditors updated with your situation. If they ask for further details, then we'll give them.

Well that's a good start. If and when that info is supplied we can take it from there.

              Excellent news the SD.
Don't forget after 12 working days they CANNOT demand further payment until they comply with your legal requests.

Any responses to the Hold Action letters ?

£ replies? 2 in post #64, then one from cabot. That makes 3. Where's the other one? Not that it matters that much, i'm just being picky (or dense) lol

Re: Help Needed With Bryan Carter & Co

Well IJ clearly didn't have the agreement, and RC have simply run off.

Next just wait and see if anyone surfaces for these accounts next.
You have a CCA request in play and until this is complied with no further action may be taken.
Some DCA's ignore this fact and claim they will fill in court, but without the proper paperwork they are on a hiding to nothing.

Nice one, now update your spread sheet and have a large drink

So that's a confirmed 2-0 to you then.

A way to go before you beat my 28-0

No I don't have that many debts, just a few being passed around the great unwashed monkeys.

I forgot to mention, keep those letters safely filed away for later use, they will be needed.
