Just joined can someone help?

HI.. I recently got sent a letter from MMF Debt Purchase and Recovery Specialists saying that they now owned the debt i had with vivus payday loan company,,

I sent a letter back asking for proof the original debt still exists and either a instrument of novation or the deed of assignment to which they have not provided..

I have uploaded the letter i have recieved from them back, can someone please help me from here on what to do next

Vivus no longer trading or FCA authorised so MMF have probably bought their loan book.

They’ve sent you the original agreement ?

Ahh yes - should have looked at their website first - https://www.vivus.co.uk/. - save farting about on co house and FCA register lol
