Best thing to do is contact the financial ombudsman service and make a complaint, get a subject acess request for £10 and have a look to see what charges and interest you are paying, if your credit score is good shift this balance and get a cashback card and get all the charges and get a goodwill gesture and inconvenience caused and compensation back to yourself.
