Just remember keep your cool, follow your plan and don't let her do the normal trick of trying to unsettle you with legalise.

My fingers are crossed mate, I haven't piped up much because quite frankly, I have a good understanding of CI and Sempra - but I'll be nicking your work when it's my time lol

Good luck Budgie. As long as you give it your best shot, regardless of the outcome - you can be proud.

Remember win or bad Judge who doesn't get it - you've still won mate. I just hope the bank balance reflects your dedication.

Had a call from Bud - the hearing has just finished and he's going off elsewhere so am going to relay what my understanding of it is then he will fill in a bit later.

The Cap One solicitor was late and not feeling well, didnt show till 11.40.

Budgie was talking for 90% of the time, the Judge understood Sempra perfectly and was asking Bud about his views on specific aspects of it. He got through all the points on his skeleton argument. The Cap one solicitor was a bit rubbish and their main defence was that Cap one are not a fudiciary and as such there is no restitutionary basis for the claim.

The judge also indicated that depending on his Judgement one of the parties may be looking to appeal etc. So is really not sure which way it is going to go, but the Judge being up on Sempra and wettelthingymajigschaft (unlike me lol) is good.

The Judge has retired to make Judgement which will be delivered in a weeks time.
