Been watching my credit file and to date it is still there:cry: they have not done as they stated.

So will give them 7days to forward their proposal regarding the large amount of money for compensation of defamation of character, they are going to send to me, before I commence legal action against them.

Hi There, perhaps you can assist me with MBNA. I have a registered default about 4k o/s earlier this year. Requested CCA in March - nothing forthcoming. Got FOS involved. Now MBNA say they will repond within 28days. Anthing i can do about the registered default on my credit file??

hi there can anyone help please paid rbs a settlement figure last year not knowing that they had registered a default against me just gone to change my mortgage they have marked my file satisfied but nothing doing they told me this happen if i paid up in the meantime i have asked a couple of times for the loan agreement but not received as yet is there anything i can do
