  • Interest after Default Notice?

Please could someone confirm if interest can be added to an outstanding credit card debt AFTER a default notice has been issued? I thought id seen somewhere that interest should be frozen after a default notice.

    thank you very much

    Re: Interest after Default Notice?

I think yes after a default notice as you are still in the contract and those terms still apply, but not after termination of the contract. (but that is just a I THINK answer to bump and get some of the peeps talking about default notices and whatnot to answer lol)

I have had 3 D/N from the Co-op bank all differing amounts so yes as amethyst says interest can still be added until termination.
