Well, well , well so Ashworth Law on behalf of consumernet claim for default charges, well they accepted £xx.xx, but got xxx.xx themselves she has to pay consumernet x.xx direct, even I made her charges to be 4x.xx+, do your own default claim against MBNA etc, anything will not do. Even on that silly figure acceptance subject is to non disclosure (ha ha).

OH used a CMC
They got an offer for £xx plus £xxx interest
The CMC keep the £xxx interest, bill OH for £xx and she gets £x ?

The CMC Solicitors charges got £xxx.xx from MBNA.
O.H will be billed for £x-xx from consumernet.
O.H. account to be credited my MBNA (which is in dispute on two fronts) try and PM you sheet showing charges??
