  • Where do i start?

    Hello all

I have just joined this forum this morning and have said hello in welcome section. I have read many posts on the forum and am confused as to where to start to deal with my credit card debts. can someone please explain the process / order - Do I request my CCAs from them first etc etc.

I have £18000 of debt on three cards: Barclaycard visa, Barclaycard master (opened originally with Morgan Stanley which then became Barclaycard) and A&L (MBNA).

With regard to my A&L credit card - who do I send any correspondence to: A&L or MBNA?

A list of what to do would be much appreciated as I am struggling to meet the monthly minimum payments
