      In that case:



      The agreement contains ZERO prescribed terms and the attached T&C's are meaningless.
      In Pre may 2005 agreements ALL the prescribed terms MUST be within the signature document.
      Separate T&C's don't cut it..

        Do I have to reply to the letter or just wait fror the SAR to come back? as they state that they wont respond I guess it would be a waste of a stamp?

          Hi,

          I have just recieved a default notice. I have sent a letter stating that the CCA request is still outstanding but just got the same letter and answers(see previous post) as before but from another person.

          What is my next step?

          Any help or guidance would be welcome!!!
