Hi Wendy,

The total of both accounts is £26k I think I only ever had 1 late charge on CAP 1 about 2/3 years ago.
Used to keep the accounts ticking over but lost 2 jobs through buy outs and ended up working for agencys for £10k less a year.
I will send a SAR and see what is on it but I dont think it will be a lot,just wanted some breathing space hence the CCA route.

Can I ask did you pay PPI on your credit cards and if so did you claim on them when you lost your jobs?

I did have PPI on both cards but I cancled it before I lost my job.

If for any reason you were mis sold the PPI you can also reclaim that, have a read HERE

Hi Again,

So it looks like I need to SAR both Cap 1 & MBNA, as I have had both cards since about 1997/98 and because I have the memory of a goldfish I can't remember when the PPI started or when I finished it.

If I am at the moment doing the CCA route can I still claim charges and PPI at the same time?

RMA just a DCA monkeys MBNA use, they will not have been assigned the debt if they had you would of been notified by MBNA, ignore them, or send harrassment letter to RMA & no they are u.k. based, you will get a card from Mr Green saying he will call you, forget it more trash can junk.:haloweeeeen:

Not had a card from Mr Green as yet but I have had 2 letters in the last 2 days from a Mr Supple at MBNA( maybe he might be more felexable?)

Our resident CCA expert has been pm'd regarding this! He isnt online at the moment, but will have a look when he gets chance.

I know waiting can be hardwork when your trying to get a resolution, buts its better to get a solid opinion as to you next step.
