Shelly if you get a chance it would be nice if you could scan up copies of correspondence you've had (obviously remove your personal details first).

I would but I havent got them the company have them who wrote to them on my behalf and wanted an arm and a leg to do it. i have since put a post on here about it ( See EGG card forum) opion would be so welcome

I think Sapphire meant correspondnece between you and the CMC in regards to you geting back the money you aid for them to do your claim.
