    This was a tesco credit card taken out about 2015 start of first lock down could afford the repayment tesco personal finance plc £4325.38 balance intrum bought the debt 13.1.22 thought how processed with this I was thinking the debt prove it letter any help would be good thankyou

            Send the CCA and SAR letters, see what they send back.

              Subject Access Request Letter send to originator no charge get proof posting free ar post office , keep copy of all in date order on file.


              ​​​​​​ CCA Request send to tesco with a £1.00 postal order get proof of posting send copy CCA request to Intrum (No fee) for their information only that you have sent the request to TESCO. keep copy on file in date order.
