Thanks for attaching that letter. Mike is absolutely right, this is just the statutory annual notice.

They are not escalating things and from what I know personally of the staff at Link, they are aware of your circumstances and are very unlikely to do anything unhelpful. I really shouldn't 'grade' debt companies, but trust me, they are one of the nicer ones by far!

Hi Celestine hope you doing well

I have just received a voicemail from link financial, where they asked me to call them back to arrange a repayment of the debt.

As far I understood they wouldn't escalating my case.

What do you suggest me to do?
