Nice result for you- well done you for coping with the process and also well done to MIKE770 for his invaluable support.
Even though the documents had been produced by Vanquis (via the SAR), eventually they and Lowell would have co-operated to ensure compliance from a CCA perspective.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Thank you Celestine. Yes it was stressful alongside everything else but this site and some research and prep helped me get through it. Plus the mediation lady was really nice and unbiased. This site is invaluable and I'll stay on it to help others where I can. Thank you Mike for your help and sometimes at last minute. Have a great New Year both
