Vanquis won't extend payment date - help!

Hi,
I have about 3000 on a vanquis credit card. The repayments are high & I have unresolved fraud issues on card, that I told them about a few months ago.
I asked in time before repayment date to have an extension by website form so I can send letters - they have an actual form. The form goes straight to 404!

I then sent a message via the website in message field format. They are speaking with me but won't extend 14 days. I've always kept the account in good standing for 3 years.

How do I proceed & get my deductions off the balance & pause the account? do I have to go through ombudsman?

Is there a complaint in progress regarding the unresolved fraud issues ?

Is the extension required because the payments are higher due to the fraud issue creating a larger balance owed and thus larger minimum payment?

Have you informed them of the website fault/error ?

Found a resolution.
They won't reduce stupidly high 60% interest rate.
So I launched a section 75 claim for £200 plus interest. Bit the bullet took a loan & paid £3000 off.

Just have to be careful with this card, the interest kills me.
