    yes you can (well you can try arguing S.32 Limitations Act anyway a number of people have been successful especially with credit card claims) Have you also asked for your agreement under the consumer credit act ?

      yes you can (well you can try arguing S.32 Limitations Act anyway a number of people have been successful especially with credit card claims)
      Hi Amethyst - thanks for this encouragement.

      I've been trying to find out more on this but have mostly been discouraged. I'll search the forum for more.

      Have you also asked for your agreement under the consumer credit act ?
      No, but I've got Halifax and Lloyds meeting me in court over failure to full comply with my SAR soon.

          Thanks again Amethyst.

          I've filed an N1 and made it very, very, very clear (I hope!) that it's a section 7 request under Data Protection and not an injunction. I don't want to have to pay more than £30 in court fees! I'm a bit worried as they've now complied with the SAR and I don't know if I should proceed to court to get damages awarded or if I should pull out now.

          Should I have sent a CCA request as well as the SAR?

          I should just start my own thread. Sorry for hijacking this one.
