Having finally looked at the stuff GE sent last year in responce to my SAR, I am now going to start my claims against them


My question is should I keep the 2 storecards debenhams and BHS seperate or should I combine the 2?

I intend going for CCI @ 29.99%

seperately they ammount to
Debenhams £111.00 charges + £167.67 CCI = £278.67
BHS £108.00charges + £134.16 CCI = £242.16

I am also going for PPI as I never take it out as I haven't been eligible for it for over 15yrs and distinctly remember saying to the sales assistant that I didn't want it and yet they added it anyway. When I have all the figures I will post in the PPI forum.

any suggestions would be apprieciated

I'd do the debenhams 2 together and the BHS one on its own. Can't hurt - you at prelim letter stage on them ?


And I don't see any reason to deal with the PPI seperately - combine the issues in your first letters and then if necessary split them off later on. Not sure why you would want to tho but am a bit pooped lol.

regarding GE and ppi, they were fined for mis selling, I have a thread regarding GE and PPI
There are copies of the letters they sent me, which may help you.
