  • shooter v LLoyds TSB Credit card

Well I'm now going after LLoyds Credit card for charges and PPI ( ppi claim details in the PPI Forum)

This is the letter I am intending sending

    Lloyds TSB card Services
    PO Box 13130
    Brighton
    BN1 4UZ

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    Re. Account number: *****************
I am writing to request that you repay all the default charges that have been applied to my account. I do not believe these charges reflect the true cost to Lloyds TSB Card Services of my making a late payment.

The charges total £610.45, being £324.00 late payment charges, and £286.45 Compound contractual interest on both at 19.94% P/A and increasing by £0.16 per day. I believe I have been unlawfully deprived of the money and therefore ask that you repay me the full amount. Please find a full schedule of the charges with this document.

I look forward for a full response to this letter within 14 days.

    Yours faithfully,

    Anyone got any comments?
