URGENT need contact deets for legal dept

Hi guys, need to speak to rachel howey from legal dept as a matter of urgency, phoned the main capital one number and they first said theres no such department, on pushing them for a further 10 minutes they said there is no phone number they can give me, as my account is no longer open, i have to put everything in writing, this wont wait for a letter, i need to speak to them today.

On a letter i have 0115 843 3300 which is no longer valid (even thought the letter was only from couple of week ago), i need a direct line number, i need to make contact with her today, but keep getting obstructed.

Can anyone please help before I completely lose my sanity :tinysmile_cry_t:

Can anbody provide a contact number for their UK Executive Office, I have been trying to deal with an issue for Mrs Mil, but can only get to speak to offshore call centres (this is not being racist in anyway), who will not look outside of the box. I have even had managers hang up on me.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there is a number for the Exec Office from what I remember. You can try emailing at firstname.surname@capitalone.co.uk
