Accounts open at another address

Does anyone know how detrimental that is on your credit report. I have two accounts which are joint accounts with my ex husband and registered at my old address. They are the accounts that the mortgage is paid from so will be closed once the house is sold and mortgage paid off. Both are OK status.

Hmmmmm, can't work out why my credit score has got worse between march 2010 and march 2011 - at least 3 defaults have dropped off it in the past year. I thought it would look better with those gone.
