    Hi,

    How are you getting on?

    I have until the 24th October to either make a complaint to FOS or they will pursue the excess Mileage charge, so just wanting to know what to expect.

      Hi all, in a very similar position myself with Volkswagen financial services. Currently disputed charges and readying myself for the option of going to court. Any ideas on the outcome of this particular case?
