just wondering if anyone could tel me if these ca a debt collection agency has sent me are enforceable.theres no signitures by me on them they have just printed my name on.debt collection agency has bought the debt.any advice would be appreciated.

What year was the account opened?

Probably opened online by the looks of it.

Do you have a court claim against you or just a DCA chasing you?

the ca are from a catalouge account opened in 2009.it has been sold to a dca.i sent shop direct a subject access request 8 months ago and the data they sent me back didnt include any credit agreements or notice of assighnments yet the dca who is chasing me has sent me what looks like a notice of assighment from shop direct.shouldnt these documents have been included in the data they sent back from my subject access request?
