Re: Unfair relationship - second charge lender

Witness statement has been received. They stand no chance,, I am so looking forward to cross examining her and exposing their lies.

Does anyone have any evidence that blemain had the facility to record telephone conversations prior to 2007, they claim they did not. Also does anyone have any evidence to show that blemain provided them with ppi

I am just about to embark on an unfair relationship with Benheim-although mine is an unregulated loan-hopefully somebody will be along soon to offer me some advice on how to go about it.-

I haven't had any dealings with Blemain but I have found that the staff at these type of companies seem to switch from one company to another all the time. If you were to join LinkedIn and look up the person you are looking for, and find them on there, you will find their previous work history, who they worked for and when.

I've done it myself for the last couple of years as part of my own investigations and most recently found that the general manager at Rooftop used to work for GE Money, another problem lender!

The European cases I mentioned are between a business and a consumer.

The question is are you a consumer ?

I can’t answer this question for you but I’m sure Google can

I have prepared a witness statement in line with directions and handed it into the court, with a copy to Cantor Law who act on behalf of Blemain.

New evidence has come to light that I would like the court to take into consideration, of course by way of disclosure which is on going I shall send it to Cantor Law. How should I get the evidence in front of the court. Should I do a second statement, even though this has not been requested or should I simply do this in letter form. I would prefer to do a second official statement, and send it to the court and Cantor, but will it be accepted by the court

has the court order deadline date passed or do you still have time to amend your witness statement. If your deadline has passed then you will have to ask for the courts permission

Does the court permission have to be by way of an application £80. Or will a letter to the court do

If you have come across new evidence to support your case then it comes under disclosure rules and you just have to disclose it.

If you have evidence of a new point that you want to argue in your case (something that you haven’t mentioned then you will have to makean application)
