    Hmm,

    I think the pending High Court judgment will require that article to be seriously re written

        In particular, it appears that high interest rates and strong enforcement methods are not enough taken on their own to result in the finding of an unfair relationship and nor is the failure of the creditor to supply documents requested under s78.
        That part seems to be the part that will need the most attention

            yes,

            we are awaiting an application , however, once the judge deals with that, the judgment ought to be handed down.
