    Nope, thats just my intial opinion. If there is no room for maneavoure on the agreement then you should at very least argue the toss that you have been paying on a DMP and for installments to be set at that rate, interest frozen etc. They would probably want to try for a charging order too if you own your own home which you should also defend, possibly by agreeing to review installments in six months if your circumstances improve.

    do you have Optimas response to your WS ?

    The SJ is on the 15th Oct so need to get a definitive case well before then.
