Hi im adding two posts one with 2 attachments and the second with 4 attachments all from Barclays I had used Benefical Claims who read the attachments and said the account was unenforcable please can some one advise me if it is true and what to do if it is. They are ringing and texting aprox 10 times a day

pmsl - he means, yes they are correct as it stands thats unenforceable, they need to supply your actual credit agreement to be able enforce the debt. (am assuming thats not your address on the top of that form)#staysafestayhome
